A THOUGHT FOR TODAY:
A friend sent me a mobile text message taken from King Solomon of Israel:
“My son, if your heart is wise, My own heart also will be glad and My inmost being will rejoice when your lips speak what is right.” [Proverbs 23:15-16]
In the busy-ness of fast-paced life today, I wonder what I could say today that would cause the inside of Father God to rejoice. If anything, I’d say it’s down to finding those moments of peace and quiet.
Looking at the sudden and unprecedented popularity that Jesus came into, in today’s chapter, it shows a full-on work detail with one event after another, and little time left to rest. So what caught my interest today, was how Yeshua found peace and quiet in the early morning, while it was still dark. [v35] From the outset of a busy three-year superstar experience that brought irreversible change to the world, Jesus made it a priority to spend quality time alone with the Creator of it all.

Your concerns for today
You are always righteous, Lord, when I bring my concerns before You. Yet I come to You about Your justice. Don’t let the way of the wicked prosper. Don’t let the faithless live at ease. [Jeremiah 12:1]
3. Admit: “…Forgive us our sin as we forgive those who sin against us…”
Sovereign Lord thank-you that You’ll wipe away the tears from all faces. You’ll remove the disgrace of Your people from all the earth. [Isaiah 25:8]
4. Protect: “…Lead us not into temptation but delivers us from evil.”
May You, Lord, direct my heart into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance. [2 Thessalonians 3:5]
“For Yours Lord is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory now and forever. Amen!”
When Jesus was questioned, tested, tricked or in His hour of great need, He always spoke things that were previously written in God’s Word.[c] Following these memory verses from ten topics, will help you learn 52 verses from the bible in a year!
